桥梁机械模拟实验平台的开发

摘要 为了满足学生接触实际生产设备并了解实际生产过程的需求,开发了桥梁机械模拟实验平台。利用慧鱼技术模拟了典型桥梁机械及其工作过程,提供了直观认识设备机械结构、了解其工作过程的演示平台,还提供了开展自主实验和模拟研究的综合平台。介绍了实验平台的建设目标和要求,详细论述了实验平台的开发方案,其使用对学生实践动手能力和创新能力的培养起到积极的作用。 In order to meet the students’needs of contacting the actual production equipment and understanding the actual production process,a bridge mechanical simulation experiment platform is developed.The typical bridge machinery and its working process are simulated by using the Fischer technology,which provides a demonstration platform for intuitive understanding of the mechanical structure of the equipment and its working process,as well as a comprehensive platform for independent experiments and simulation research.This paper introduces the construction goal and requirement of the experimental platform,and expounds the development plan of the experimental platform in detail.The use of experimental platform can play a positive role in training students’practical and innovative abilities.
