摘要
为满足汽车理论、汽车测试技术、汽车底盘电子控制等课程的实验教学需求,搭建了汽车底盘电子控制系统半实物仿真实验平台。平台基于实车零部件布置搭建,通过电路连接底盘各零部件、控制器及传感器,人机交互系统应用外部信号采集与控制系统及上位机软件组建,道路环境信息通过路况控制模拟系统设置,利用LabVIEW软件建立整车信号采集与数据处理模型并设计了各个数据接口。利用此平台,学生可在自主交互的仿真环境中开展仿真实验,并根据实际操作实时反馈车辆在各种路面条件下加速、制动、巡航时的车辆运动状态。结果表明,该平台在实验教学中的应用加深了学生对汽车底盘电子控制理论知识的理解,达到理论知识与实践操作相融合的教学效果。
According to needs of the experimental teaching requirements of Automobile Theory,Automobile Performance Test and Automobile Chassis Electronic Control,a hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment platform for automobile chassis electronic control system is constructed.The platform is built based on the layout of real vehicle parts,and the chassis components,controllers and sensors are connected by circuit.The interaction system is constructed by external signal acquisition and control system and upper computer software.The vehicle signal acquisition and data process model is established in LabVIEW,and the data interfaces are designed and completed.Students can carry out simulation experiments in an autonomous interactive simulation environment.The platform can truly reflect the vehicle motion state when accelerating,braking and cruising under various road conditions according to the actual operation.The results verify that the application of this platform in experimental teaching has deepened students’understanding of chassis electronic control,and achieved the teaching effect of"integration of theory and reality"and"combination of virtually and reality".
