摘要
为了更加精准地把握学生学习需求动向、提高混合式教学水平,基于实践角度,引进大数据分析技术,对混合式教学生态的构建措施展开研究。深度解读生态教学课堂,从受众群体能力差异较大、教学改革受原有教育理念干预两个方面分析了混合式教学生态构建的困境,从资源环境、课内环境、线上教学环境、实践教学环境四个方面建设混合式教学生态环境,采取“线上+线下+线上”方式设置生态化混合式教学环节,引进大数据分析技术,实现双向评估学生的学习行为与教师的教学行为,使学生认知自身在学习中存在不足的同时,提升教师群体综合能力与职业素质。
In order to grasp the trend of students’learning needs more accurately and improve the comprehensive level of blended teaching,this study introduced big data analysis technology from the perspective of practice to study the measures for the construction of blended teaching ecology.In-depth interpretation of ecological teaching classroom;this paper analyzes the dilemma of constructing blended teaching ecology from two aspects:the ability difference of audience groups is large and the educational reform is interfered by traditional educational ideas.The blended teaching ecological environment should be perfected from four aspects:resource environment,in-class environment,online teaching environment and practical teaching environment.By the way of"online+offline+online",set up ecological blended teaching links;big data analysis technology is introduced to evaluate students’learning behavior and teachers’teaching behavior in a two-way way,so that students can recognize their own shortcomings in learning and realize the improvement of teachers’comprehensive ability and professional quality.
