红色文化作为社会主义先进文化的重要源头,积淀着中华民族最深层的精神追求,代表着中华民族独特的精神标识。将红色文化融入高校思想政治教育,要求教师整合红色文化资源,探索建立大思政育人格局,创新推动思政课程与课程思政同向同行;要求教师不断提升自身素质,内化红色精神,将认识转化为行动;要求教师升华情感机制的育人效果,加强学生的自我教育,并持续到社会教育中去,从而全面提升高校思想政治教育工作的实效性,实现红色文化的终极价值。

As an important source of advanced socialist culture,red culture is the accumulation of the deepest spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation and represents the unique spiritual identity of the Chinese nation.Integrating red culture into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities requires teachers to integrate red cultural resources,explore the establishment of a big ideological and political education pattern,innovate and promote ideological and political courses and ideological and political curriculum.Teachers are required to constantly improve their own quality,internalize the red spirit and transform awareness into action.Teachers are required to sublimate the nurturing effect of the emotional mechanism,strengthen students’self-education and extend these to social education,so as to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities and realize the ultimate value of red culture.
