手工钨极氩弧焊实践教学改革与探索——以实用性桌面多功能收纳盒制作为例

摘要 以实用性桌面多功能收纳盒制作为例,介绍氩弧焊实践教学的开展过程。通过开发新的教学产品,重新整合教学资源,精心设计教学内容,探索培养学生工程思维和工程能力的实践教学新模式。收纳盒制作工艺流程主要涉及焊接和钣金两大制造模块,学生通过亲自参与下料、折弯、装配、焊接及后处理的整个工艺流程,能够了解一款焊接产品从无到有的全过程。在实践教学过程中,用产品制作作为导引,对提升学生分析问题和解决问题能力、发掘和培养学生实践的自主性和创新性具有较大的促进作用。同时,新模式也丰富了金工实习的教学内涵,取得了显著成效。 Taking the production of practical desktop multi-function storage box as an example,the paper introduces the practical teaching process of argon arc welding.By developing new teaching products,reintegrating teaching resources and elaborately designing teaching contents,the teaching team explores a new practical teaching mode to cultivate students’engineering thinking and engineering ability.The manufacturing process of storage box mainly involves welding and sheet metal manufacturing modules.Students can understand the whole process of a welding product from scratch by personally participating in the whole process of blanking,bending,assembly,welding and postprocessing.In the process of practical teaching,using product production as the guidance can promote students’ability to analyze and solve problems,explore and cultivate students’autonomy and innovation in practice.At the same time,the new model also enriches the teaching connotation of metalworking practice and has achieved remarkable results.
