摘要
目的:揭示大学生体力活动与抑郁的关系,为抑郁风险预测与预防提供准确的循证依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法,对江西省6所高校的大学生,使用国际体力活动量表和抑郁自评量表进行调查,采用非条件Logistic回归分析,探寻大学生体力活动与抑郁之间的关联。结果:不同性别的抑郁程度差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.816,P<0.05);不同年级抑郁程度差异有统计学意义(F=3.644,P<0.05);不同性别家务、休闲和总体力活动水平差异有统计学意义(t=-2.001、3.029、2.529,P<0.05);不同户籍交通、家务、总步行体力活动水平差异有统计学意义(t=-3.581、3.802、-2.758,P<0.05);体力活动充足和高水平体力活动的报告率分别为25.1%和40.1%,每周运动至少1h大于等于3d的报告率为26.7%,在调整可能混杂因素后,高水平体力活动和每周运动至少1h大于等于3d均可以缓解大学生抑郁(OR=0.535、0.579,P<0.05)。结论:高水平体力活动和每周运动至少1h大于等于3d对大学生抑郁缓解均有积极作用。
Objective:To reveal the relationship between physical activity and depression of college students,and provide accurate evidence-based basis for the prediction and prevention of depressive risk.Methods:Using the cluster sampling method,students from 6 colleges in Jiangxi Province were investigated by using International Physical Activity Questionnaire and Self-rating Depression Scale,and the relationship between physical activity and depression was explored by using unconditional Logistic regression analysis.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the degree of depression between different genders(t=-2.816,P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences in the degree of depression at different ages(F=3.644,P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences in housework,leisure and total physical activity between different genders(t=-2.001,3.029,2.529;P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in transportation,housework and total walking physical activity among different household registrations(t=-3.581,3.802,-2.758;P<0.05).The reporting rates of adequate physical activity and highlevel physical activity were 25.1% and 40.1% respectively,the reporting rate of exercising at least 1h in 3 days or more per week was 26.7%,and after adjusting for possible confounding factors,high-level physical activity and exercising at least 1h in 3 days or more per week could reduce depression in college students(OR=0.535,0.579;P<0.05).Conclusion:High-level physical activity and exercising at least 1 h in 3 days or more per week have a positive effect on reducing of depression in college students.
