摘要
目的:基于R语言探析中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的用药规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)中有关中药灌肠治疗UC的方药信息,建立“UC中药灌肠治疗方药信息数据库”,使用R语言软件对用药频次、用药关联及药物聚类进行数据挖掘。结果:共得到有效处方1270首,涉及中药220味,总用药频次10032次,使用频次>100次的药物中以清热药最多,止血药、补虚药次之。四气以寒性药为主,五味以苦味药最多。关联规则分析提示白及、黄连、黄柏、地榆、白头翁之间存在较强关联;聚类分析获得3类。结论:UC的灌肠治疗以清热药、止血药为主,核心药物有白及、黄连、黄柏、地榆、白头翁,治疗大法为清热化湿解毒、凉血止血,兼以收敛固涩、健脾益气。
Objective: To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) based on R language.Methods: CNKI,Wanfang Data, VIP,and SinoMed were searched to obtain the prescriptions and drugs for TCM enema treatment of UC and establish a database of such prescriptions and drugs, and R language software was used to perform data mining from the aspects of drug frequency, medication association, and drug cluster analysis.Results: A total of 1270 valid prescriptions were obtained, involving 220 TCM drugs, and the total drug frequency was 10032.Heat-clearing drugs accounted for the highest proportion among the drugs with a frequency of >100,followed by hemostasis drugs and deficiency-tonifying drugs.Most drugs were warm in nature or had a bitter taste.The association rule analysis showed that there was a relatively strong association between Rhizoma Bletillae, Coptis chinensis, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Sanguisorba officinalis, and Pulsatilla chinensis, and the cluster analysis obtained 3 clusters.Conclusion: Heat-clearing drugs and hemostasis drugs are mainly used for enema treatment of UC,and the core drugs include Rhizoma Bletillae, Coptis chinensis, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Sanguisorba officinalis, and Pulsatilla chinensis.Heat-clearing, dampness-resolving, and detoxicating therapy and blood-cooling and hemostatic therapy are the main treatment methods, with the considerations of astringent therapy and spleen-invigorating and Qi-tonifying therapy.
