摘要
针对螺旋埋弧焊管3PE防腐生产中焊缝处聚乙烯厚度控制困难,从而造成聚乙烯材料消耗大的问题。从螺旋埋弧焊管3PE聚乙烯原料、焊缝形貌、涂敷工艺等方面开展了分析,总结出焊缝处聚乙烯消耗大的原因,并提出降低材耗的控制措施,为螺旋埋弧焊管生产企业降低管材的防腐成本提供参考。
Due to the difficulty to control the polyethylene thickness at the weld seam in the 3PE anti-corrosion production of submerged-arc helical welded pipe, resulting in a large consumption of polyethylene materials, 3PE polyethylene raw material,weld morphology, coating process and other aspects of submerged-arc helical welded pipe, summarizes the reasons for high polyethylene consumption at the weld, and puts forward control measures to reduce material consumption, which provides a reference for submerged-arc helical welded pipe enterprises to reduce costs.
