摘要
我国运营的市域铁路线路中,部分无砟轨道地段由于施工控制不佳或线路沉降超标,使用垫板将扣件调整至最大调高状态,钢轨线形仍无法达到运营要求。结合市域铁路现场实际需求,研发一种新型大调整量扣件系统,扣件系统调高量提升至60 mm。通过对扣件系统关键参数及零部件理论计算分析,验证扣件系统的强度性能;开展扣件系统试制和室内试验,证明扣件系统各项指标满足规范要求,安全可靠,调高快捷方便。该研究可为解决市域铁路土建结构不均匀沉降较大问题提供参考。
In terms of the suburban railway operated in China,the fastenings are adjusted to the maximum height adjustment state with pads due to poor construction control or excessive line settlement in some ballastless track sections.However,the rail alignment still fails to meet the operation requirements.In line with the site needs of the suburban railway,a new fastening system with large adjustment is developed,and the height adjustment of the fastening system is increased to 60 mm.Through the theoretical calculation and analysis of key parameters and parts of the fastening system,the strength performance of the fastening system is verified;trial production and indoor tests of the fastening system are carried out to prove that all indicators of the fastening system meet the specification requirements and are safe,reliable and fast,and also convenient for height adjustment.This study can provide references for solving the problem of uneven settlement in civil structures of suburban railway.
