高速铁路在复杂城区选线的基本思路及理念 被引量:2

摘要 当前我国对于城区铁路尤其是高速铁路的选线思路和理念,尚未开展较为完善的系统梳理和总结。结合深圳铁路枢纽及深汕铁路项目,系统梳理和分析了复杂城区的高铁选线特点。结合不同地质、隧道、环保工况,提出最优的选线工程措施。研究结果表明:复杂城区高铁选线时需处理好4个方面的关系,即新建铁路与城市总体规划的关系;高昂投资与经济效益的关系;征地拆迁与社会稳定风险的关系;高铁技术标准与众多控制因素的关系。复杂城区高铁选线应坚持六大原则及理念,即服从路网布局;尽量沿既有通道敷设;明暗结合,深入论证;坚持地质选线、隧道选线;坚持环境敏感点及环境振动噪声选线;重视“三电”与管线迁改。 At present,among domestic researches,there is no relatively complete systematic sorting and summary of the route selection ideas and concepts of urban railways,especially high speed railway.In combination with Shenzhen Railway Terminal and Shenzhen-Shanwei Railway Project,the characteristics of high speed railway route selection in complex urban areas are systematically sorted out and analyzed.In combination with different geological,tunnel and environmental protection conditions,the optimal engineering measures for route selection are put forward.The results show that four aspects should be dealt with in the route selection of urban high speed railway,namely,the relationship between newly-built railway and urban master plan;the relationship between high investment and economic benefits;the relationship between land acquisition and demolition and social stability risk;the relationship between high speed railway technical standards and many control points.The route selection of urban high speed railway shall adhere to the six principles and concepts,i.e.obeying the layout of railway network;laying along the existing passages as far as possible;combining open and hidden excavation for in-depth demonstration;adhering to geological route selection and tunnel route selection;adhering to the route selection of environmental sensitive points and environmental vibration and noise;attaching importance to the“communication,signaling and power supply”and pipeline relocation.
