摘要
针对高速铁路有砟轨道桥梁梁端区域轨道高低不平顺病害,开展病害影响因素及影响机理研究,提出病害整治和结构优化设计建议,确保列车运行平稳性与安全性。根据梁端区域轨道不平顺TQI值及动检车检测数据,通过分析桥梁徐变、梁缝连接板刚度、温度作用、温度跨长度等因素对梁端区域轨道不平顺的影响,得出病害严重程度主要受温度作用和温度跨长度影响;同时对温度影响机理、影响规律进行深入分析,并提出制定合理的管理阈值提高整治措施的有效性。
The paper takes the longitudinal irregularity of the track at girder end of the ballasted track bridge of HSR as the study object.It looks into the factors at play and the mechanism behind,on which basis treatment and structural optimization measures are put forward to ensure riding comfort and operation safety.In reference to the TQI at girder end and the inspection data obtained by the comprehensive inspection train,the paper studies the impact of factors like bridge creep,the stiffness of the connecting plate at girder joint,temperature,as well as the length of temperature span.It is then concluded that the severity of the disease is mainly affected by temperature and the length of temperature span.At the same time,an in-depth analysis of the mechanism and the pattern of temperature influence leads to the proposal of targeted suggestions for disease treatment and structural optimization.
