摘要
介绍匈塞铁路匈牙利段和塞尔维亚段涉及2个国家的信号系统设计方案,主要包括调度系统、列控系统和联锁系统的设备配置特点。根据边境站和边境区间的线路和联锁限制条件,提出3种列车运行控制边境设计方案,并从设计、施工及运营维护方面分析各方案的优缺点及其限制条件。该研究为推动匈塞两国间欧洲铁路运输管理(ERTMS)边境协议的建立创造条件,并为匈塞铁路欧洲铁路列控系统(ETCS)互联互通实施,以及信号系统配置方案与运营维护方案提供参考。
This paper introduces the signaling system design schemes involving two countries of Hungary Section and Serbia Section of Hungary-Serbia Railway,mainly including the device configuration characteristics of dispatching system,train control system and interlocking system.According to the line and interlocking restrictions of border stations and border sections,three border design schemes for train operation control are proposed,and the advantages,disadvantages and restrictions of each scheme are analyzed from the aspects of design,construction,operation and maintenance.This study creates conditions for promoting the establishment of the European Railway Transport Management System(ERTMS)border agreement between Hungary and Serbia,and provides references for the implementation of the interconnection of the European Railway Train Control System(ETCS)of Hungary-Serbia Railway,as well as the signaling system configuration scheme and operation and maintenance scheme.
