注射和口服右旋糖酐铁对仔猪血红蛋白和日增重的比较研究

评估口服和注射右旋糖酐铁两种途径对仔猪血红蛋白含量与生长性能的影响。结果表明无论是口服或注射右旋糖酐铁,仔猪血红蛋白浓度都呈现增长趋势,而未添加组血红蛋白浓度呈下降趋势;仔猪平均日增重方面,口服与注射右旋糖酐铁组均显著高于未添加右旋糖酐铁组;口服组与注射右旋糖酐铁组日增重和血红蛋白浓度均差异不显著,且一次口服与二次口服日增重和血红蛋白浓度差异不显著。

This study aimed to evaluate the difference in hemoglobin values and growth performance of suckling piglets by oral and injection of iron dextran.The results showed that the hemoglobin values of suckling piglets in the group with no iron dextran decreased, but others increased.For average daily weight gain of suckling piglets, both oral and injected iron dextran groups were significantly higher than those without the iron dextran group, and the difference was significant.There was no significant difference in growth performance and hemoglobin values between the oral and injected iron dextran groups, and there was no significant difference in growth performance and hemoglobin values between the primary oral and secondary oral administration of iron dextran groups.
