Key measures token by Japan Tottori Prefecture to improve the brend value of Wagyu and its implications for China

近年来日本鸟取县大力推进和牛养殖业供给侧结构性改革,以优品优价的方式在竞争激烈的日本本土和牛市场中夺得了市场份额。主要从“育良种”“育市场”“育制度”3个视角出发,对鸟取县政府在和牛养殖业复兴工作中采取的措施进行具体分析,为我国畜牧业发展、实现畜牧产品的优质优价提供案例参考。

In recent years,Tottori prefectural government has vigorously promoted supply-side structural reform in the wagyu breeding industry.Nowadays,Tottori wagyu has won market share in the fiercely competitive domestic market at profitable prices.This article mainly analyzes the measures taken by the Tottori prefectural government in the reconstruction of the wagyu breeding industry from three perspectives:“breeding good breeds”,“breeding markets”and“breeding systems”.The effective measures taken by the Tottori prefectural government have provided local governments of China with a series of useful lessons in promoting cattle husbandry.
