医养结合养老机构康复休闲空间优化改造——以辽宁阜新市海州区某养护中心为例

Optimized Renovation of the Rehabilitative and Recreational Space of the Healing & Nursing Combined Nursing Institution for the Aged——Taking a Nursing Center in Haizhou District,Fuxin City,Liaoning Province as an Example

文章选取阜新市海州区某养护中心为研究对象,通过实地调研和问卷调查,总结康养休闲空间现状,提出完善功能空间、流线合理化、细节适老化等改造设计思路。在此基础上,探讨相应的优化改造策略,主要有:调整护理站位置,优化功能配置;调整康复室内部布局,灵活设计康复空间;增设丰富的室内外休闲娱乐空间等。适老化理念应全程贯穿于养老设施的优化改造中,随着医疗机构和养老设施的深入融合,我国的医养结合养老机构将进一步得到改善,为缓解人口老龄化问题发挥作用。

Taking a nursing center in Haizhou District, Fuxin City as the research object, this paper summarizes the current situation of rehabilitative and recreational space and puts forward design ideas for improving functional space, streamline rationalization, and elderlyoriented details by means of field research and questionnaire survey. On this basis, it discusses corresponding optimized renovation strategies including: adjusting the location of the nursing station, optimizing the functional configuration;adjusting the internal layout of the rehabilitative room, flexibly designing the rehabilitative space;enriching indoor and outdoor leisure and recreational spaces, etc. The elderly-oriented concept should be integrated throughout the optimized renovation of the elderly nursing facilities. With deep integration of medical institutions and the elderly nursing facilities, China’s healing and nursing combined nursing institutions for the aged will be further improved to play a role in alleviating population aging.
