健康老龄化视角下老旧小区适老化改造——以山东滨州市滨化小区为例

Elderly-oriented Renovation of Old Neighborhoods from the Perspective of Healthy Aging——Taking Binhua Neighborhoods,Binzhou City,Shandong Province as an example

文章以山东省滨州市滨化小区为例,首先通过对小区现状的调研分析,提出安全性、实用性、舒适性、适老性改造原则;然后基于健康老龄化视角,从户内空间、楼内公共空间、建筑外环境及养老服务设施4个方面展开适老化改造研究并提出改造策略,旨在改善小区居住环境,提升小区居住品质,为其他同类老旧小区的适老化改造提供借鉴。

Taking Binhua Neighborhoods in Binzhou City, Shandong Province as an example, this paper firstly proposes the renovation principles of safety, practicability, comfort and elderly-oriented through surveying and analyzing the current situation of the neighborhoods.Then from the perspective of healthy aging, it carries out research on elderly-oriented renovation and proposes innovation strategies from four aspects, i.e. indoor space, public space inside building, exterior environment of building and elderly care service facilities aiming to improve the living environment of the neighborhoods, upgrading the living quality as well as provide reference for elderly-oriented renovation of other similar old neighborhoods.
