思政课是落实“立德树人”根本任务的关键课程,话语表达是思政课内容的重要载体,是思政课入脑入心的关键环节。当前,高校思政课建设取得了显著的成就,但部分高校思政课话语表达不同程度存在主体交流不畅、效果有待提高;表达内容准确性不够、针对性有待增强;表达形式亲和力不强、吸引力有待提升;表达环境面临文化冲击和社会思潮消解等问题。提升思政课话语表达,可着力主体、内容、形式和环境“四个维度”优化路径:从对象化意识、表达能力、表达效力提升主体素质;从内容权威性、针对性和创新性更新表达内容;从亲和力、多样化、感召力创新表达形式;以网络文化为载体、以主流价值观为标准、以多元化模式优化话语表达环境。

Ideological and political course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.Discourse expression is an important carrier of ideological and political course content.It is the key link of ideological and political course into the mind.At present,the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements,However,discourse expression of ideological and political courses in some colleges and universities has different degrees of poor subject communication and the effect needs to be improved;The accuracy of the expression content is not enough,and the pertinence needs to be improved;The expression of affinity is not strong,the attraction needs to be improved;The expression environment faces the problems of culture shock and social trend of thought digestion.To improve the discourse expression of ideological and political courses,we can focus on the optimization path from"four dimensions":subject,content,mode and environment,namely,improving the quality of the subject from objectified consciousness,expression ability,and expression effectiveness;Updating and expression content from authority,pertinence and innovation;Innovating means of expression from affinity,diversity,and emotional appeal;Optimizing the environment of discourse expression with network culture as the carrier,mainstream values as the standard,and diversified modes.
