构建推动党史学习教育常态化长效化制度是深化历史认知、坚定历史自信的现实要求,是完善党内集中教育制度的内在要求,是推进社会革命、完成新时代历史使命的必然要求。党史学习教育常态化长效化制度既是党内集中教育的一项具体制度,也是构建党内其他教育制度的一项基本原则,要坚持问题导向、系统构建、继承创新结合的原则,建立党史学习教育日常运转、有效转化、服务保障制度,推动党史学习教育常态化长效化落地落实。

Constructing a long-term system to promote the normalization of the Party history education is a realistic requirement for deepening Party members′historical cognition and strengthening their historical confidence.It is also an inherent requirement to perfect the centralized education system within the Party and inevitable requirements for advancing the social revolution as well as completing the historic mission of the new era.The system of making the Party history education a routine,long-term campaign is not only a concrete system of the centralized education within the Party,but also a basic principle of constructing other educational systems within the Party.Daily operation,effective transformation and service guarantee system of the Party history education should be established by adhering to the principles of problem-orientation,systematic construction and combination of inheritance and innovation to promote the long-term and effective implementation of the normalization of the Party history education.
