Research on the Accessibility of Public Culture Service in the New Era

新时代社会主要矛盾的变化使得公共文化服务成为提高民众获得感、幸福感的重要载体,虽然公共网络体系设施已广泛覆盖城乡,但公共文化服务的平台建设仍然存在个性化需求分析不足、公共文化服务平台的服务设施整合性不强等问题,在此基础上需要深入探讨我国公共文化服务“可及性”尚需完善之处,并提出走向多样化和优质化的公共文化服务“可及性”的若干措施。新时代地方高校以其独特的优势扩展了公共文化服务资源的供给容量。充分发挥高校及各科研机构的功能,不断完善公共文化系统平台建设,发挥多种文化兼容并蓄的作用,努力实现公共文化服务“可及性”的多样化和优质化,成为新时代重要任务。

The change of the main social contradiction in the new era makes public culture service become an important carrier to improve people′s sense of gain and happiness.Although public network system facilities have widely covered urban and rural areas,the construction of the public culture service platform still has the deficiency of personalized demand analysis and the weak integration of the service facilities of the public culture service platform.On this basis,the paper deeply discusses the points which need to be improved in the"accessibility"of public culture service in our country,and proposes several measures to move towards the"accessibility"of diversified and quality public culture service.Local colleges and universities in the new era have expanded the supply capacity of public culture service resources with their unique advantages.It has become an important task in the new era to give full play to the functions of universities and scientific research institutions,constantly improve the construction of public cultural system platform,give full play to the role of diverse cultures and strive to diversify and improve the"accessibility"of public culture service.
