Development and application of drug utilization evaluation software package applying the weighted TOPSIS method

目的:构建可使用加权TOPSIS法进行药物利用评价的软件包。方法:基于R语言与RStudio平台,编制数据正向化函数、标准化函数、权重计算函数、加权TOPSIS分析函数,联合各个函数实现加权TOPSIS分析进行药物利用评价。结果:构建了data2max()、DataNormal()、GetWeight()、WtTopsisN()、WtTopsis()等函数,实现批量的数据正向化、标准化、权重计算、加权TOPSIS分析等功能。结论:构建了免费开源、简单易用、快速高效、稳定可靠的R语言软件包“WtTopsis”,为药物利用评价提供了有力的工具。

Objective To develop a software package for drug utilization evaluation applying the weighted TOPSIS method.Methods Based on the R language and RStudio platform,the data normalization function,standardized function,weight calculation function and weighted TOPSIS analysis function were compiled,and combined to realize weighted TOPSIS analysis for drug utilization evaluation.Results The functions of data2max(),DataNormal(),GetWeight(),WtTopsisN(),WtTopsis()and other functions were constructed to realize batch data normalization,standardization,weight calculation and weighted TOPSIS analysis and other functions.Conclusion A free,open source,easy-to-use,fast,efficient,stable and reliable R language package"WtTopsis"is constructed,which provides a powerful tool for drug utilization evaluation.
