区域医联体模式下应用区块链技术开展慢病管理的发展策略研究

Research on the development strategy of chronic disease management based on block chain technology application under the mode of regional medical consortium

本研究通过建立SWOT-CLPV模型,对我国区域医联体模式下应用区块链技术开展慢病管理的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行了梳理,在此基础上开展抑制性、杠杆效应、问题性和脆弱性分析,并提出完善区块链技术医疗应用领域的监管,探索慢病管理区块链技术应用标准,提高科技成果转化能力,加强区块链技术宣传和引导,构建多元化人才培养体系等建议。

By establishing the SWOT-CLPV model,this study sorts out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of applying blockchain technology to chronic disease management under the mode of regional medical consortium in China.On this basis,this study analyzes inhibition,leverage effect,problems and vulnerability,and puts forward suggestions,such as improving the supervision of blockchain technology in the field of medical application,exploring the application standards of block chain technology in chronic disease management,improving the ability to apply scientific and technological achievements,strengthening the publicity and guidance of blockchain technology and building a diversified talent training system.
