青年团早期“布尔什维克化”的本土尝试——阮啸仙与团二大以后广东青年团的组织整顿

Early local Attempts by the Youth League to Become“Bolshevik”——Ruan Xiaoxian and the Organizational Rectification of the Youth League in Guangdong after its Second National Congress

阮啸仙是从五四运动中成长起来的广东青年团领袖,完整经历了“六一六兵变”后广东党、团的组织困顿。团二大以后,他根据自身经历对广东青年团进行了组织整顿:通过督促团员研读机关刊物,进行思想政策教育;通过“组织生活”解构个人主义,强化团员的组织联结和组织认同;遵照《团章》规定厉行惩处,净化组织队伍,塑造和强化团员的纪律观念。阮啸仙领导开展的青年团整顿工作成效显著,反映了从“五四时代”向“组织时代”自主转型的历史进程。

Ruan Xiaoxian,a leader of the Youth League in Guangdong,grew up during the May 4th Movement and experienced the organizational difficulties of the party and the league in Guangdong in the aftermath of the“June 16th Mutiny.”After the Second National Congress of the Youth League,based on his own experiences,he reorganized and rectified the Youth League in Guangdong.He developed ideological and policy education by urging league members to study government publications.He deconstructed the personality through the“organizational life”and he consolidated an organizational connection and identification.He complied with the league constitution to seriously enforce punishment,purifying the organization and shaping and strengthening the concept of discipline among league members.Ruan Xiaoxian achieved notable results in leading the development of rectification work in the Youth League,reflecting the historical process of independent transformation from the“May 4th Era”to the“Organization Era.”
