优化农村基层党建助力农村发展探究

Research on Optimizing Rural Grass-roots Party Building to Promote Rural Development

党建引领农村发展既是马克思主义政党执政的内在要求,又是推动乡村振兴战略不断向前的必然要求。针对农村党建队伍建设不够强、思想建设成效不够好和工作运行机制不够灵的现况,须深究农村党建发展受制的根本“痛因”。虽然农村基层党组织历经农村脱贫攻坚的锤炼,但当前农村基层党建水平提升仍需着力解决人才困境、价值认同感不足和工作机制亟需创新3大现实难题。为此,实施“引才回乡与留才育用”的党建人才回乡计划,开展精准化的党建思想教育模式,创新党建工作运行机制,打造出“引才育才、科学精准、创新发展”的党建优化模式,可形成强大合力以推动农村发展。

Party building to lead rural development is not only the inherent requirement of Marxist political parties in power,but also the inevitable requirement of promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.In view of the current situation that the construction of the Party building team in rural areas is not strong enough,the effectiveness of ideological construction is not good enough,and the working mechanism is not effective enough,it is necessary to deeply study the fundamental"cause"of the restriction on the development of Party construction in rural areas.Although rural grass-roots Party organizations have been tempered by poverty alleviation in rural areas,the current improvement of rural grass-roots Party building still needs to focus on solving the plight of talents,the lack of value identity and the urgent need to innovate the working mechanism.For this reason,we should implement the plan of"introducing talents back to their hometown and retaining talents for future use",carry out an accurate ideological education model of Party construction,innovate the operating mechanism of Party construction,and create a Party building optimization model of"attracting talents,scientific precision,and innovative development".In this way,a strong joint force can be formed to promote rural development.
