乡村振兴背景下新型职业农民培养研究——以台州为例

想要实现乡村振兴的发展目标,首先需要实现人才振兴,有了人才的加持,才能更好地推进乡村振兴工作有效开展。新时代背景下,新型职业农民的培养逐渐受到人们的关注,应加大对新型职业农民的培养力度,构建全新的职业农民培养体系,农民可以通过弹性学制的方式参与到各项职业教育中,以此来达到更为理想的新型职业农民培养效果。台州作为我国农业专业合作社发源地之一,在发展过程中创设农业经营的新模式,各项农业工作的开展均需有专业人才作为保障,这就需要台州在发展过程中加大对新型职业农民的培养力度,助力乡村振兴,推进台州共同富裕先行市建设。
