摘要
作为一类目前在我国公路工程中得到广泛应用的材料,大粒径沥青混合料由于具有致密的骨架结构,因此其内部的摩擦力及嵌固力一般更大,因此表现出良好的稳定性且在抗车辙、反射裂缝方面具有较好性能。在这样的背景下,借助体积设计法深入研究其配比设计。研究结果表明,(1)最佳沥青用量适当减少0.5%,可以显著提升混合料的抗车辙能力;(2)空隙率4.8%,具有良好得水稳定性;(3)劈裂强度平均值约为0.85 MPa,较半刚性基层劈裂强度提高约52.7%;大粒径沥青混合料较普通沥青混合料具有更好的路用性能,尤其是在抗车辙方面的表现较为突出。
As a kind of material widely used in highway engineering in China, asphalt mixture with large particle size has a dense skeleton structure, so its internal friction force and embedment force are generally larger, so it shows good stability and has good performance in rut resistance and reflective crack resistance.In this context, the volume design method is used to study the ratio design.The results show that:(1)the rutting resistance of the mixture can be significantly improved by reducing the optimum asphalt content by 0.5%;(2)Void ratio 4.8%,with good water stability;(3)The average splitting strength is about 0.85 MPa, which is 52.7% higher than that of semi-rigid base.The asphalt mixture with large particle size has better road performance than the ordinary asphalt mixture, especially in rutting resistance.
