公路水泥稳定碎石层试验检测技术的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,道路交通运输事业突飞猛进。为适应交通量和车辆荷载的不断增加,半刚性基层水泥稳定碎石层以其稳定性好、刚度高、抗拉、抗疲劳强度高,抗冻性能好、整体性好等诸多优点在我国公路建设中取得优势,但是在实际使用过程中水泥稳定碎石材料的在收缩作用下可能导致唧浆等病害,且可能因冲刷导致脱空与开裂;敏感于荷载作用,超载后破坏力大;施工建设中如出现问题,后续修补难度相对较大等问题。通过对公路水泥稳定碎石层试验检测技术进行了研究,结合工程实际案例探讨其技术应用的优缺点与基本要求,并在此基础上对试验检测控制要点进行了分析,最后提出了具体的技术应用策略,以期能够达到为相关工程建设提供一定的参考效果。 With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society, the road transportation industry advances by leaps and bounds.In order to adapt to the increasing traffic volume and vehicle load, the semi-rigid base cement stabilized gravel layer has advantages in highway construction, with good stability, high stiffness, high fatigue strength, good frost resistance and integrity, due to shrinkage, emptying and cracking;sensitive to load, damage after overload;problems in construction and subsequent repair.Through the highway cement stable gravel layer test detection technology, combined with the actual engineering case to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of its technology application and basic requirements, and on the basis of the test test control points are analyzed, finally put forward the specific technology application strategy, in order to be able to provide certain reference effect for related engineering construction.
