摘要
在经济的牵引下,路桥项目增多,项目建设期间,一旦遭遇软土地基,就会变得相对棘手。而目前软基处理中,最可靠和广泛的应用技术就是水泥粉喷桩加固(简称粉喷桩),通过研究发现,该技术原理简单,主要作用机理是凭借化学反应科学得到施工后的沉降,借助这种附加力量,形成地基。该地基属于复合地基,功效较强,可承载上部主体荷载。正是因为水泥粉喷桩有这样的特殊性,在软土路基加固中经常被运用,而且效果理想。但水泥粉喷桩施工注意事项多,想要达到理想效果,还需质量控制措施加以支撑,提高路面的稳定性,保障优质路面施工。
Under the traction of economy,road and bridge projects increase.Once soft soil foundation is encountered during project construction,it will become relatively difficult.At present,in the treatment of soft foundation,the most reliable and widely used technology is cement powder spray pile reinforcement(referred to as powder spray pile),through the study found that the principle of this technology is simple,the main mechanism of action is to rely on chemical reaction science to get the settlement after construction,with the help of this additional force,the formation of foundation.The foundation belongs to the composite foundation,the effect is strong,can bear the upper main load.Just because of the particularity of cement powder shotcrete pile,it is often used in the reinforcement of soft soil subgrade,and the effect is ideal.However,there are many matters needing attention in the construction of cement powder spraying pile.In order to achieve the ideal effect,quality control measures are needed to support it,improve the stability of road surface and guarantee the construction of high-quality road surface.
