Analysis on Improvement Measures of Deep Mixing Pile Technology for High Plastic Soft Soil Foundation

深层水泥搅拌桩常用于处理软土地基,对较厚层软土地基的加固具有造价低、施工快、效果好等优点,该工艺在我国东南沿海地区的应用极为广泛。主要以实际工程案例,围绕水泥搅拌桩在高塑性软土地基处理中存在的问题和解决措施展开讨论,并对该工艺技术进行创新改进,提出五种简单有效的改进措施,切实解决了高塑性软土地基的成桩问题,显著的提升了工艺的适用性,可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴。

Deep cement mixing piles are often used to treat soft soil foundations.The reinforcement of thicker soft soil foundations has the advantages of low cost,fast construction and good results.This technology is widely used in the southeast coastal areas of my country.Mainly based on actual engineering cases,discussions were carried out around the problems and solutions in the treatment of high plastic soft soil foundation with cement mixing piles,and the process technology was innovatively improved.Five simple and effective improvement measures were proposed,which effectively solved the high plasticity.The pile formation problem of soft soil foundation has significantly improved the applicability of the process,which can provide a certain reference for similar projects.
