摘要
沈海高速海湾大桥经过检测发现梁端封锚处混凝土脱落,锚具及高强钢丝外露锈蚀,其中1束高强钢丝完全锈断,该桥继续运营将给结构和行车安全带来极大隐患。通过对该桥检查情况的分析,制定了有针对性的维修改造加固方案。实践证明,该维修加固方案能够有效解决高强钢丝锈断及梁端封锚处混凝土脱落的问题,达到了维修加固的预期目的。
After the detection of a national and provincial highway bridge structure,it is found that the concrete at the sealing anchor of beam end falls off,the anchorage and high-strength steel wire are exposed and rusted,and one bundle of high-strength steel wire is completely rusted and broken.The continuous operation of the bridge will bring great hidden danger to the structure and traffic safety.Through the analysis of the inspection of the bridge,the targeted maintenance,transformation and reinforcement scheme is formulated.The practice shows that the maintenance and reinforcement scheme can effectively solve the problems of high-strength steel wire rust and concrete falling off at the end of the beam,and achieve the expected purpose of maintenance and reinforcement.
