摘要
以致江路新建桥梁工程施工栈桥作为研究对象,确定钢管桩壁厚、长度、及混凝土锚桩长度等单一结构参数影响,然后进行多因素正交数值实验,最后进行优化设计。研究表明:在流水压力和移动荷载共同作用下,壁厚、直径对于端承框架式栈桥下部体系受力影响十分显著,握裹长度、桩长的影响较小;多因素数值模拟分析发现,同时增大钢管柱壁厚、直径、减小桩长,栈桥下部体系受力达到较优解。为类似地质水文条件下的钢栈桥设计与施工提供相关的参考。
Taking the construction trestle of the new bridge project on Zhijiang Road as the research object,the influence of single structural parameters such as the wall thickness,length,and concrete anchor pile length of the steel pipe pile is determined,and then the multi-factor orthogonal numerical experiment is carried out,and finally the optimization design is carried out.Research shows that under the combined action of flowing water pressure and moving load,the wall thickness and diameter have a significant impact on the force of the lower system of the end-supported frame trestle,while the grip length and pile length have a small effect;multi-factor numerical simulation analysis found that at the same time By increasing the wall thickness and diameter of the steel pipe column,and reducing the pile length,the force on the lower part of the trestle bridge reaches a better solution.Provide relevant references for the design and construction of steel trestle bridges under similar geological and hydrological conditions.
