公路隧道的服役现状安全性评价管理体系构建

公路隧道是国家经济的动脉,是国家产业经济物流交换和资源运输的高速平台,所以隧道服役的安全性评价需要贯穿于公路隧道运行的全过程。但当前在我国公路隧道广泛修建和投入使用的背景下,由于气候条件和地理因素,使公路隧道服役性能极度不稳定,病害问题的发生频率显著突出。基于此,通过阐述了公路隧道的服役现状安全性评价管理体系构建的原因和影响因素,列举了隧道服役存在的灾害问题,最后根据公路隧道的组成结构确定了安全性评价指标,以为我国隧道的服役安全性评估和检验提供参考。

Highway tunnel is the artery of national economy and the high-speed platform of national industrial economy,logistics exchange and resource transportation.The safety evaluation of tunnel service needs to run through the whole process of highway tunnel operation.However,under the background of extensive construction and use of highway tunnels in China,due to climatic conditions and geographical factors,the service performance of highway tunnels is extremely unstable,and the occurrence frequency of disease problems is significantly prominent.Based on this,this paper expounds the current service situation of highway tunnel,the reasons and influencing factors of the construction of safety evaluation management system,lists the disaster problems existing in tunnel service,and finally determines the safety evaluation index according to the composition structure of highway tunnel,so as to provide reference for the service safety evaluation and inspection of tunnel in our country.
