既有建筑不均匀沉降加固处理监理实例探析

Case Study of Supervision of Uneven Settlement Reinforcement Treatment of Existing Buildings

本文以某多层砖混结构住宅在使用过程中发现不均匀沉降,进行加固处理的工程监理实践为例,通过地质勘察、地基设计、地下水情况、地基土承载力、场地环境和工程地质条件等因素进行分析,结合监理工作实践,提出此类不均匀沉降问题的处理方法和监理工作的重点、难点,为同类工程问题的加固处理及监理工作提供借鉴。

Taking the engineering supervision practice of a multi-storey brick-concrete structure house found to be uneven settlement during use and carrying out reinforcement treatment as an example, this paper analyzes geological survey,foundation design, groundwater situation, foundation soil bearing capacity, site environment and engineering geological conditions, and combines the supervision work practice to put forward the treatment methods of such uneven settlement problems and the key and difficult points of supervision work, so as to provide reference for the reinforcement treatment and supervision of similar engineering problems.
