基于数据衍生的轨道交通施工总承包发展趋势研究

Research on Trend of Development for Rail Transit Construction General Contracting Projects Based on Data Derivation

本文聚焦于轨道交通施工总承包领域,通过收集样本工程,对三项原生数据与三项衍生数据进行统计特征分析。结果表明,自2019年以来国内轨道交通施工总承包中标合同的三项衍生数据均呈比较明显的逐年下降趋势,而三项原生数据指标均呈基本持平、略有下降的态势。通过建立衍生数据指标三维坐标体系,可对轨道交通施工总承包合同执行开展多维度评估并形成量化分布指标结论。相关研究成果,可为轨道交通施工总承包领域中各方参与者提供重要参考,也有利于进一步提升轨道交通施工总承包合同绩效水平。

Based on collected samples from the field of rail transit construction general contracting projects, this paper analyzes the statistical features for three primary data and three derived data. The results show that, the three derived data indicators of the domestic rail transit construction general contract projects decreased year by year since 2019. And the three primary data indicators are basically the same, with a slight decline. By establishing the three-dimensional coordinate system of derived data, the performance of rail transit construction general contracting projects can be evaluated in multi-dimensions and also the conclusion of quantitative distribution index can be formed. The relevant research results can not only provide an important reference for all participants in the field of rail transit construction general contracting projects, but also help to further improve the performance level of rail transit construction general contracting projects.
