摘要
秘鲁中央铁路是青藏铁路开通前世界上海拔最高的铁路,通过中央铁路的现场考察与技术交流,为深化青藏铁路高原问题的认识发挥了重要作用。介绍秘鲁铁路基本情况,重点对中央铁路建设的工程特点、建设历程和运营管理进行阐述,分析针对高原特殊运营环境采取的劳动保护、运营管理和装备适应性等相关技术措施,对我国修建高原铁路需要研究关注的问题提出建议。
The Central Railway in Peru was the railway with the highest altitude in the world before the opening of Qinghai-Tibet Railway. Through the on-site investigation and technical exchange of the Central Railway, it has played an important role in deepening the understanding of the plateau problems of Qinghai-Tibet Railway.This paper introduces the basic situation of the railway in Peru, mainly expounds the engineering characteristics,construction process and operation management of the central railway construction, analyzes the relevant technical measures such as labor protection, operation management and equipment adaptability for the special operation environment of the plateau, and puts forward suggestions on the problems that need to be studied and concerned in the construction of the plateau railway in China.
