摘要
针对大直径盾构隧道掘衬同步施工技术所涉及的新型衬砌台车结构设计难度大、性能要求高以及区域施工组织、水平运输和安全管理要求高等问题,通过:(1)创新发明仰拱超长衬砌台车及配套浮放道岔,解决了盾构隧道二衬仰拱施工和水平运输相互干扰的难题;(2)通过借鉴敞开式TBM法隧道掘衬同步施工工法,创新提出了盾构隧道掘进与二衬结构同步施工工艺和工法。盾构隧道掘衬同步施工节约工期、成本,可为同类复合衬砌隧道修建提供参考。
In view of challenges in synchronous construction technology of large-diameter shield tunnel tunneling and lining, such as structural design and high performance requirements of new lining trolley, and regional construction organization, horizontal transportation and safety management, the paper puts forward two solutions:(1) the mutual interference between the construction of secondary lining inverted arch and horizontal transportation of shield tunnel is solved by innovating and inventing the inverted arch super-long lining trolley and supporting California switch;(2) the synchronous construction technology and method of shield tunneling and secondary lining structure are proposed after learning from the synchronous construction method of open TBM tunneling and lining, which can serve as references for similar projects with composite lining tunnels.
