基于信息化技术的高速铁路工程监理模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 铁路工程建设已采用了大量信息化管理手段和自动化的现代施工技术、设备,而现行监理体制机制还较为落后,满足不了我国智能铁路建设高速发展的需要,亟须优化调整监理模式。基于高速铁路工程的特点以及现行监理体制机制的不足,提出多端协同作业平台的信息化交互监理模式。系统分析信息化交互监理模式的优势,并明确在新模式下各方参建单位的工作内容和职责划分,为满足信息化交互监理模式的实际应用,提出保障措施。研究成果可为高速铁路工程建设监理工作提供参考和借鉴。 Railway engineering construction has adopted a large number of information management means and automated modern construction technologies and equipment,while the current supervision system and mechanism are still relatively backward,which cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of intelligent railway construction in China.It is urgent to optimize and adjust the supervision mode.Based on the characteristics of high speed railway and the shortcomings of the current supervision system and mechanism,an information interactive supervision mode of multi-terminal collaborative operation platform is proposed.The advantages of the information interactive supervision mode are systematically analyzed,and the work content and division of responsibilities of all parties involved in the construction under the new mode are clarified.In order to meet the practical application of the information interactive supervision mode,the safeguards of the information interactive supervision mode are put forward.The research results can provide references for the engineering supervision of high speed railway.
