摘要
某无人机载电子设备在随机振动中出现故障,为定位故障,经机理分析、随机振动试验和有限元仿真分析,确定了设备中安装金属板刚度不足导致的共振破坏。通过对设备结构进行改进,增加安装金属板的固定点,增加抗振性能,使产品均顺利通过随机振动试验。
To locate the failure of a UVA electronic equipment during random vibration by analyzing equipment faults and random vibration test and finite element simulation analysis,it is verified that the resonance fault due to insufficient stiffness of the metal plate in the equipment coincides. Then,the equipment structure is optimized to increase the fixed point of the metal plate to improve its the vibration resistance,and the optimized products have passed the random vibration test successfully.
