摘要
钢结构腐蚀的出现容易引发设备更换或者厂房停产检修等诸多问题的出现,严重影响到整个选煤厂的生产进度。为此,还需要积极的分析相关的腐蚀因素,并做好针对性的预防工作。文章以XX选煤厂为例,通过试验方式,分析该选煤厂厂房钢结构锈蚀的相关原因。试验结果显示,在XX选煤厂钢结构相关腐蚀方面,涉及到多种不同的腐蚀因素,例如水质、温度以及湿度等。其中,在温度影响方面,冷凝是导致选煤厂钢结构发生腐蚀的重要原因。另外,如果选煤厂的厂房温度处于相对较高的状态,则厂房内的湿度也会相对偏高,对于钢结构的腐蚀也会呈现出加速的状态。除此之外,温度与湿度之间会相互促进,加快钢结构腐蚀。水质的硬度以及水中含有的硫酸根离子与氯离子的浓度也与钢结构腐蚀相关,其中氯离子的腐蚀速率相对较高。
The corrosion of steel structure is easy to cause many problems such as equipment replacement or plant shutdown maintenance,which seriously affects the production progress of the whole coal preparation plant.Therefore,it is also necessary to actively analyze relevant corrosion factors and do a good job in targeted prevention.Taking XX Coal Preparation Plant as an example,this paper analyzes the relevant reasons for corrosion of the steel structure of the coal preparation plant through test.The final test results show that many different corrosion factors are involved in the corrosion related to the steel structure of XX Coal Preparation Plant,such as water quality,temperature and humidity.In terms of temperature influence,condensation is an important reason for corrosion of steel structure in coal preparation plant.In addition,if the temperature of the coal preparation plant is relatively high,the humidity in the plant will be relatively high,and the corrosion of the steel structure will be accelerated.The temperature and humidity will promote each other and accelerate the corrosion of steel structures.The hardness of the water and the concentration of sulfate ion and chloride ion in the water are also related to the corrosion of steel structures,and the corrosion rate of chloride ion is relatively high.
