摘要
本文主要研究了智能工厂建设过程,从工厂设计、产品设计、自动化装备、制造过程、物流调度、能源管理的全数字化交互,实现了传统低压电器生产过程、管理过程自动化、信息化、智能化的深度融合,打造了全新的整合供应链、物流、仓储、制造、管理相融合的全新作业模式,为低压电器行业如何实现智能制造提供了极佳的实施范本。
This paper mainly studies the construction process of intelligent factory.From the full digital interaction of factory design,product design,automatic equipment,manufacturing process,logistics scheduling,and energy management,it realizes the deep integration of traditional low-voltage electrical equipment production process,management process automation,informatization,and intelligence,and creates a new operation mode integrating supply chain,logistics,warehousing,manufacturing,and management,It provides an excellent implementation model for lowvoltage electrical appliance industry on how to realize intelligent manufacturing.
