摘要
电动汽车交流充电桩外壳主要是塑胶外壳,外壳体积较大,壁厚胶厚,采用的材料主要是PC+ASA的耐候性,阻燃等级高的材料。本文运用CAE分析软件对产品进行全面的技术方案分析,尤其是进胶口位置和数量的不同布局对产品注塑压力、翘曲变形量、外观缺陷等方面的影响。对比分析各种方案,寻找最优的模具设计方案,从而提高模具设计效率,减少模具设计的风险,最终提升产品模具开发成功率和缩短模具开发周期,减少后期的模具和产品问题改善。模流分析是低成本快速寻找最优开模方案的最佳方法,深受模具设计行业及设计人员的青睐。
The shell of the AC charging pile of electric vehicle is mainly a plastic shell.The shell is large in volume and thick in wall thickness.The materials used are mainly PC+ASA weather resistant and flame retardant materials.In this paper,CAE analysis software is used to analyze the overall technical scheme of the product,especially the influence of the position and number of rubber inlets on the injection pressure,warpage,appearance defects,etc.Compare and analyze various schemes to find the optimal mold design scheme,so as to improve the efficiency of mold design,improve the success rate of product mold development,shorten the mold development cycle,and reduce the improvement of mold and product problems in the later period.
