摘要
本文主要以冷柜外板的冲切、折弯、成型等工序为研究对象,通过分析明确了各工序及各工位设备结构,通过对板材的上料、冲切、折弯、成型、下料等工位完成了对冷柜外板的加工,设备采用自动上料、自动定位、自动冲切、自动折弯、自动下料,通过伺服精准定位,很好的完成了产品一次成型的要求。结果表明,该设备工序流程合理,设备运行稳定,并且兼容产品种类多,真正体现了减人增效的目的,解决了该类外板成型难的问题。
This paper mainly studies the punching,bending,forming and other processes of the outer board of the freezer.Through the analysis,the structure of each process and the equipment of each working position is defined.The processing of the outer board of the freezer is completed through the loading,punching,bending,forming,blanking and other working positions of the board.The equipment adopts automatic loading,automatic positioning,automatic punching,automatic bending,automatic blanking,and precise servo Positioning,a good completion of the product forming requirements.The results show that the process flow of the equipment is reasonable,the operation of the equipment is stable,and there are many kinds of compatible products.It really embodies the purpose of reducing people and increasing efficiency,and solves the problem of forming the outer plate.
