Research on the Reform of Peacekeeping Police Talent Training Mode in the New Era

新时代维和警务工作以服务国家“全面对外开放”战略为核心目标,以提升“中国在联合国维和事务中的话语权”为根本目标,这对公安高等院校维和警务人才培养提出了新的要求。探究新时代维和警务人才培养改革模式,符合新时代国际警务合作工作迫切需求。立足目前国内国际警务人才培养现状,分析维和警务人才培养过程中存在的问题,探索培养改革实践路径,提出优化人才培养目标、完善人才培养层次、创新培养课程设计、拓宽实习实践平台等构建并完善维和警务人才培养模式的措施。

The core goal of peacekeeping police work in the new era is to serve the country’s“comprehensive opening-up”strategy,and the fundamental goal is to enhance“China’s discourse power in UN peacekeeping affairs”,which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of peacekeeping police talents in public security colleges and universities.Exploring the reform mode of peacekeeping police personnel training in the new era meets the urgent needs of public security international police cooperation.Based on the current situation of domestic training,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of talent training,and explores the practical path of training reform.It also proposes some measures to build and improve the training mode of peacekeeping police personnel,such as optimizing personnel training objectives,improving personnel training levels,innovating training curriculum design,and broadening the practice platform.
