光动力联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗播散型扁平疣三例

Three cases of disseminated flat warts treated successfully by photodynamic therapy combined with CO_(2) fractional laser

报道3例光动力联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗播散型扁平疣病例并回顾相关文献。例1头面部、躯干、四肢泛发皮疹5年。例2、3头面部多发丘疹,病程均大于2年。结合临床表现及皮肤镜诊断为:扁平疣(播散型)。予以光动力联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,治疗2~3次,3位患者皮损完全清除,随访未见复发,未出现严重不良反应。回顾相关文献,扁平疣患者在光动力疗法前进行点阵激光预处理,治疗有效率可达96.4%。此效果确切、不良反应轻微的联合疗法为治疗播散型扁平疣提供了借鉴。

We reported 3 cases of disseminated flat warts treated with photodynamic therapy combined with CO_(2)fractional laser and reviewed related literature.Case 1 had generalized rash on the head,face,trunk,and limbs lasting for 5 years.Case 2 and 3 had multiple papules on the head and face for more than 2 years.The diagnosis of disseminated flat warts was made according clinical manifestations and dermoscopy.After 2-3 treatments of photodynamic combined with CO_(2)fractional laser,the skin lesions of 3 patients were completely cleared,without serious adverse reactions and recurrence after follow-up.It showed that the treatment efficiency of fractional laser pretreatment before photodynamic therapy for flat wart was 96.4% by reviewing the literature.This combination therapy with exact effect and mild adverse reactions provided a reference for the treatment of disseminated flat warts.
