摘要
氨苯砜(dapsone,DDS)被广泛应用于诸多感染性和炎症性皮肤病的治疗,随着对DDS作用机制的进一步了解,发现DDS还可以运用于治疗各系统损伤和退行性疾病甚至肿瘤疾病。本文就DDS的作用机制和DDS在非皮肤病应用做一综述。
Dapsone(DDS)is a drug traditionally used in dermatological therapies due to its antimicrobial activity and anti-inflammatory effect.With further understanding of DDS mechanism,it has proven to be a safe and effective drug as a protector against cells damage,degenerative diseases and tumors.In this review,we discuss the mechanisms of action of DDS and Non-dermatological applications.
