Relationship Between Marital Relationship Adaptability and Preschoolers′Emotion Regulation Strategies

探讨夫妻关系适应性与学龄前儿童情绪调节策略的关系,采用简单随机抽样法向学龄前儿童家长发放《夫妻适应量表》和《学前儿童情绪调节策略问卷》。对184份有效数据进行相关分析和回归分析,结果表明夫妻关系适应性与儿童情绪调节策略存在显著相关。夫妻关系适应性能够正向预测儿童的认知重建策略,负向预测发泄与被动应付策略。整体而言夫妻关系适应性与儿童情绪调节策略关系密切,家庭环境对儿童情绪调节发展的影响值得关注。

The paper is to explore the relationship between marital relationship adaptability and preschool children’s emotion regulation strategies. A simple random sampling method was used to distribute the Couple Adaptation Scale and the questionnaire of preschoolers’ emotion regulation strategies to parents of preschool children. Correlation and regression analyses were conducted on 184 valid data. The results showed that marital relationship adaptability was significantly associated with children’s emotion regulation strategies. Marital relationship adaptability positively predicted preschoolers’ cognitive restructuring strategies and negatively predicted venting and passive coping strategies. Overall, marital relationship adaptability was related to children’s emotion regulation strategies.The influence of the family environment on children’s emotion regulation development is worthy of attention.
