中国式现代化是新时代党的中心任务和国家的首要命题。高等教育作为教育体系的高阶环节,是国家发展水平及潜力的重要标志,要深刻把握在中国式现代化新征程中的重要使命、新要求和新任务。高校作为实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略和创新驱动战略的重要支点,要通过党的建设和政治引领,把握正确发展方向,树立人才强校理念,通过创新科研机制、扎根区域发展和强化依法治校,激发发展内生动力,构筑教育现代化的先锋堡垒。高校要全面提高人才自主培养质量,建设高素质师资队伍,不断提高科技创新能力、服务经济社会发展能力和治理的现代化水平,在全面建设社会主义现代化国家中取得新成就。

Chinese-style modernization is the central task of the Party and the primary proposition of the country in the new era. Higher Education, as a high-level part of the educational system, is an important symbol of the development level and potential of a country. As an important fulcrum of carrying out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the strategy of strengthening the country through talents and the strategy of innovation-driven, colleges and universities should grasp the correct direction of development through the construction of the Party and political guidance, and set up the idea of strengthening the university through talents, by innovating scientific research mechanism, taking root in regional development and strengthening the rule of law, stimulating the endogenous motive force of development, as well as building the Vanguard Fortress of educational modernization.
