Economic Thinking on Promoting and Expanding Chinese modernization

文章主要从三个方面分析推进和拓展中国式现代化:一是坚持党对经济工作的全面领导,推进社会主义现代化。制定和实施国民经济发展战略、国民经济发展规划和进一步推动宏观经济治理现代化。二是坚持以人民为中心,推进人口规模巨大的中国式现代化。发挥人口规模巨大优势所形成的超大经济规模优势、超大市场规模优势,推动经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长,实施就业优先战略、优化人口发展战略、积极应对老龄化战略、构建全国统一大市场和深入实施“三大战略”。三是坚持以推动高质量发展为主题,推进全体人民共同富裕的现代化。通过把实施扩大内需战略同深化供给侧结构性改革有机结合起来,全面推进乡村振兴和促进区域协调发展。把“蛋糕”做大做好,同时通过完善分配制度把“蛋糕”切好、分好,构建初次分配、再分配和三次分配协调配套的基础性制度,着力推进全体人民共同富裕。

This paper mainly analyzes the promotion and expansion of Chinese modernization from three aspects. First, we should adhere to the Party’s overall leadership of economic work to promote socialist modernization, formulate and implement national economic development strategies and plans, and further promote the modernization of macroeconomic governance. Second, we should focus on the people and promote Chinese modernization with a huge population. We will give full play to the advantages of super large economic scale and super large market scale formed by the huge population size to promote effective qualitative and quantitative economic growth. We will implement the strategy of giving priority to employment, the strategy of optimizing population development, the strategy of actively responding to aging, the strategy of building a large unified national market, and the “three strategies” . Third, we should adhere to the theme of high quality to promote the modernization of common prosperity for all people. By integrating the strategy of expanding domestic demand with deepening supply-side structural reform, we will comprehensively promote rural revitalization and promote coordinated development among regions. we will make the “cake” bigger and better. At the same time, we must improve the distribution system to cut and divide the “cake” well. We will build a basic system for coordinating and supporting primary,secondary and tertiary distribution, and strive to achieve common prosperity of all people.
