摘要
关节病型银屑病为多基因遗传模式,临床表现具有异质性,可表现为滑膜炎、指趾炎、附着点炎、骶髂关节炎等。从单纯银屑病到关节病型银屑病进展间隔时间较长,因此,发现可能的易感基因可以探索促使其进展的因素。本文总结了HLA分型、全基因组关联分析、全外显子测序及三代测序等基因组学技术在关节病型银屑病中的应用与前景。
Psoriatic arthritis follows a pattern of polygenetic or multifactorial inheritance, with heterogeneous clinical manifestations, including synovitis, dactylitis, enthesitis, and sacroiliitis.However, there is a long interval between the progression of psoriasis only and psoriatic arthritis.Therefore, the investigation of susceptibility genes may contribute to the mechanism of the progression from psoriasis to psoriatic arthritis. We reviewed applications of HLA typing, genome-wide association study, whole exome sequencing, and third sequencing in psoriatic arthritis.
