摘要
银屑病是一种常见的慢性、炎症性、系统性疾病,生物制剂已成为治疗中重度和难治性银屑病的重要手段。特应性皮炎作为一种与银屑病免疫机制相反的慢性炎症性皮肤病,发生在接受生物制剂治疗的银屑病患者中的报道逐渐增多,其机制可能与免疫漂移、微生物定植、皮肤屏障破坏及遗传等因素有关。患者既往的特应性病史、IgE水平升高、血嗜酸性粒细胞增多等是发病的共同因素。治疗上需根据银屑病及特应性皮炎的严重程度综合选择最佳治疗方案。
Psoriasis is a common chronic, inflammatory and systemic disease, and biological agents have become an important treatment for moderate to severe psoriasis.Atopic dermatitis, as a chronic inflammatory skin disease whose immune mechanism is opposite to psoriasis, has been reported to occur in patients with psoriasis treated with biological agents. The mechanism may be related to immune drifting, microbial colonization, skin barrier destruction, and genetic factors. The history of atopic diseases, elevated IgE levels, and blood eosinophils might result in atopic dermatitis.The treatment should be selected according to the severity of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
