摘要
为验证ECP制动(电控空气制动)相对于空气制动的技术先进性,文章提出一种基于LoRa通信的ECP制动系统,并在实验室进行了万吨编组列车的常用制动、紧急制动、阶段制动和循环制动等制动性能试验。试验结果证明ECP制动可显著提高编组列车制动响应速度,有效改善列车操纵能力,提高列车运行效率。
In order to verify the technical progressiveness of electrically controlled pneumatic(ECP) braking compared with air braking, this paper proposes an ECP brake system based on LoRa communication, and conducts braking performance tests of 10 000-ton marshalling trains in the laboratory, such as service braking, emergency braking, stage braking and circulating braking. The test results prove that ECP braking can significantly improve the braking response speed of marshalling trains, effectively improve the train operation ability and improve the train operation efficiency.
